Molt Bot connects to your exchanges via standard API keys with no withdrawal permissions. It executes trades, manages orders and updates bots – but can’t move your funds out.

Read + trade only API keys. Withdrawals are disabled by design.

Infrastructure is containerized and can run on your own server.

Is Molt Bot a subscription?

No. Core is a one-time purchase. You self-host it and keep control of your setup.

Can Molt Bot withdraw funds from my exchange?

It shouldn’t. Use API keys with read + trade only and keep withdrawals disabled. That’s the default recommendation.

Where does Molt Bot run?

On your VPS, home server, or any machine that can run Docker/Node. You own the runtime and the data.

Does it trade automatically or do I need signals?

Both. DCA/Grid can run autonomously. Signal bots can execute your external feed (webhook/Telegram/etc.) with fixed risk rules.

What about risk controls?

You set limits per bot and per portfolio: max drawdown, position sizing, daily loss caps, and safety ladders. The UI makes it hard to “accidentally YOLO”.

Can I run multiple bots across exchanges?

Yes. Core is designed for multiple bots and multi-exchange setups (depending on the exchange API features).
